Dominus has emerged as the leading exporter of frozen grapes from Peru in 2024, achieving over 100% growth compared to the previous year. This success, according to General Manager Iván Vílchez, stems from extensive research into the unique requirements of handling and freezing table grapes to meet stringent international quality standards. The company's meticulous process ensures the frozen grapes retain their color, flavor, and nutritional value. Commercial Manager Johanna Mateo highlighted the operational challenges involved in achieving the desired finished product, noting a significant increase in exported containers from five to sixty in just three years. Dominus's commitment to quality and sustainable growth positions them as a key player in the global export market for frozen fruit, providing a reliable supply of high-quality Peruvian grapes year-round.
